How to configure another Master SQL Server

Hi All,

         I have installed and configured Q1IM 6.1 version.  I have configured one job server as Master SQL Server.  My questions is How can I configure other job server as Master SQL Server?

If Master SQL Server box is not accessable, I need to move all jobs to another server.  How can I configure this?
