Synchronization error after upgrade to 6.1

Hi.

After upgrade to 6.1 the following error appears in logs when I start synchronization between Q1IM and ActiveDirectory:

Should I execute SQL procedure vi_RepairDuplicateAlternateKey through SQL Management tools or somewhere else?
