I am having a bit of an issue with approver notifications. I have set up an approval workflow with 2 steps, Manager Approval then Owner Approval. Notifications go to managers for the first step. Once the manager approves the request, the owner does not get a notification. The request does show up in the owner's approval queue. Both steps have an email configured for "Mail Template Request".
Any thoughts on why the second email does not go out? Am I not configuring it properly?
