Publish ADSGroups to ITShop

Hi All,

We are having an issue where our Active Directory groups are not updating membership list in Q1 Manager and the IT Shop. The new groups are appearing but not members. Our AD sync runs everymoring at 2:00 AM, once complete we recieve multiple errors "Error executing script ' VI_AssignADSGroupstoITShop', "Could not save object Identity Manager Application Roles (User Name)", "There is already an object using this alternate key". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
