Transporting IT Shop changes / Content

As new quest users we obivously run into our share of questions and problems. So once again thanks (in advance) to you as a community for thinking along!

This time our issues have to do with getting a decent transport file from IT shop changes to move them from one environment to another.

Recently we've made a lot of changes to our IT shop (in test) which we want to move (using a transport file) to our acceptation environment.

These changes do not just include new service items but also the creation of business roles to be used as approvers and changes to the workflows.

We've already found that if you turn on your expert mode in the manager you can enter Change management, make a label and start assigning items. However within the manager we lack the option to easily find all content related to our IT shop changes. In this case with IT shop we mean the items that functionally influence the IT shop (so also the business roles, workflows etc).

Due to the nature of the manager we've found it tricky to map exactly what items we should include in the change label (As we do not want to include the individual user changes). And not all changes you make in the manager are automatically assigned / forcedly assigned to a change label.

The main reason for this is that we've found that in the manager it is impossible to automatically include related items (So merely importing the IT shop and all related / requiered items is not an option as far as we've found).

Has anyone got experience with this kind of transport and have a conclusive list of the items to include? If not, we have some investigating to do .

(The tables we believe we may need changes from so far).
