job service not installed on exchange

I have a job service installed on computer that is not a exchange server.

I have set this job server as sinhronisation server and selected exchange server (sync) to point to exchange.

But when I want to provision mailbox I get the error:

    The event  ENABLE_EX2K was triggered for 1 object(s) of type ADSAccount.

Same is done for my AD sync and it work OK

I suspect that none of the job servers has set also as exchange server. I tried also setting this (exchange server)  to one of the job servers but it did not helped.

any ideas?
